Associate(u arent actually in the family yet but you are still a valued part of the family and can one day become made)--> Made Men (You have proven yourself and are officially a part of the family and do alot of our work and have a little power to have associates in crew uniform and crew car)--> Red-Pole (you have proven yourself more to become a capos right hand man and most will be second in command of street crews but you have more power among the made men and associates to enforce the laws and other things)--> Capo (you have alot of power over everyone under you and you enforce the laws the most and can give laps (Punishment) but you are mainly appointed to be over one of the Street Crews)--> Head Capo (you are the best Capo and have been appointed to over see the Capos and their Street Crew)--> Consigliere (You are the Dons Advisor and will handle his affairs and accompany him to most Meetings)--> Underboss (You are the Dons Right Hand and will be in charge if the Dons Away or not Available)--> Don(You have the ultimate power and have the final say in everything). Keep in mind that the Head Capo, consigliere, and Underboss are all commissioners so they have the same amount of power only when the dons not on is when one of them should be treated with more power and thats underboss and that also means that the commissioners should be protected just as much as the don but the Don Is the main Priority. Head capo, Consigliere, and Underboss are same rank unless the don says otherwise
